Figuring It Out

I'm done pouting and i've started to think about what a girl said to me, about the whole, surrounding yourself with bullshit is stupid, she's got her life controlled, except 'things go bad', things are always going to go bad, just to challenge your life a bit, i agree there are lots of things happening in my life and now i'm willing to change it. I have sorted out a list of things to do for myself and get back into a routine.

I'm basically done with 'summer fun' in a way that i'm starting my life and i have a new attitude about it. I have my priorities and i'm going for them, the only thing is that of a Garrrrhl, is confusing...

I'm finding out all over again what i like and my life is worth standing up for and i don't want to be controlled by moments, or people, or 'higher powers, i'm going to live my life the way i do with exceptions''' i am in a world that demands things...i'm going to need some things from 'them'.

The only hard part is to think about it too hard...i get caught up in the one thing. i'm learning a thing called multi-tasking and there are quantities that life bases their ways.

My life is in a happy state of bieng and i intend on making what i need to do happen in the rightest kind of way.

I just have the problem of getting things out to people with words when someone's in need of a talk i have some troubles with words of this world, and i'm blank and to me it seems like i don't care and that i have a way of pushing myself away from people and neglecting my bod.

I have new perspectives and i'm static, but in the same tone what am i doing next that is the question???

Life...my life why so blunt

there are things in my life that effects are made and i don't care the consequences, because i've been neglecting my potential. I'm not moving productively fast in this world called Earth. I recognize that i'm having more pleasure than pain and that is not good. i have not picked up my responsibilities yet i would like to jump into them, getting a job for me is hard, i'm going to college soon, so not only do i not have a job, but going to college with no paychecks at the moment; i'm a little stupid i guess...
I do alot of stupid shit and i've got alot on my plate, i'm kinda hungry but i can't eat the whole meal, too much presents itself too quickly. I'm trying to start college soon with no money whatsoever, no job and i'm depressed. I know alot of things and i want to help out the world, but i'm afraid to, i'm afraid of my own destiny...what does that say
i go day to day thinking about why the world has so many crossroads and back slashes and targets that we get through just to pass by, i do these things and they don't mean a damn thing.
I hate that i'm so...braindead the only time i feel; is when 'pain' is given to me or that of a womans touch, nowadays.
I work at nothing i don't really do anything, i let life float by like the feather in Forrest Gump, i try and try to do nothing which makes me sad.
I want to be resposive to my own being and it's interactions, i want to be the driver in my life, but i just need a little guidance...idk where from but i need help starting my life like i need a fuckin' handbook to my life or a tutorial. this life on Earth is monotonous and everyones working for a pointless cause. They work for the dream but the dreams don't work for them because they can't read them, they are the paths but no one really sees that. The world is made up of a language that's right in fromt of you but i am trying to learn how to understandit but have no help, with my brain i'm not smart enough to do these tasks, it's handed to me and i don't know what to do with it, i hate being stupid...

Transition

There are things happening in my life that are changing, there are certain things that i don't like and there are certain pains in life that one has neccesary to bare.

One of life's messages are to get a job so that i can get money and move out, so that i can go to college and get an education...or at least an education. : ]

Another is that i will have to something quick to help out my family, my mom has pneumonia, she works at home now and she's providing for us all.

i on the otherhand, just got a temporary job to help out the money situation, and i don't know how long it is going to last, but i will make it as long as it takes.

All of my friends aren't doing much in their lives right now besides 'living life fun' the way it should be, in not a good sense i believe.

Given it's the summer and summer should be fun, but i don't know if it's right...i believe that there is good out of it and they are good friends but they're holding me back because i can't manage my life right now and i need to.(if you are my friends reading this, it is only in the good manner that i get things out and that i need to manage my time with you all, so it's really all my doing, even though i am here for all of you i need my life in this society to get my education and my cleanly repair)

I am going to start turning to my life some way in this world i may get a chance to start doing the right thing and lead people in a good way and to truly help mankind and others.

Digital Literacy in Education

There are many devices out there that can do multiple organized actions. This society is making everything compact, with the phone that is a music player, Internet, television, you can plan things with a calender or a memo there are key boards in them for easy texting and communication that no longer needs physical qualities to it. With this technologically advancing society, there are many things to grasp and to learn from the ever expanding knowledge that bestows itself upon us.
New technologies today are still sweeping the nation and that people out there are learning so much information and the use of all of these devices are advancing us. These are organization tools for our lives so that we can manage what we like and what we have to do in a timely unmannered way.
Technology has zombified the world and it has some addicting qualities in it that make people possessive and always connected with their tech and others tech along the way. The world has united with the technology that makes us human in our advancement and adaptive nature the quality of this life has endless benefits to conquer mankind. I would say that in America it is a need to know basis and that it is a part to learning, just like everyone at some point in their lives drives a car and now everyone at some point uses a computer or the television for their learning notion to do what we do best adapt and advance.
Schools have gotten more technological, look where we are right now, we're in an online class to better our knowledge and we use the World Wide Web in our learning in a daily basis. Even regular students us the computer to do their homework or that research and all kinds of studies are done with technology now. Books are still used as a core solid learning with the right source and the true meaning and way, where online you have intruders and some hackers that can not only do anything like everyone else they can make things do anything with the sites that we go to and the lives that we try and protect get leaked to spies.
There are things like blogs and i believe literature has more of the use of the digital literacy than most things. Communication of one's beliefs are more in depth, and when we are looking for philosophies the thoughts of the world are astounding and we think that the world as a whole will be our downfall there are smart people out there and there are the not so smart. In any case the ways that we share knowledge these days are by complex waves of different resources of technology in a constant state of informed living whether it be the TV or the internet, or the Newspaper. People don't realize that this world is filled with whatever their heart desires. Even movies to broaden and keep intact the imagination of society is getting better at graphics and stunts and these creatures for these wierd times. The things that we create from what we are surrounded by are the implications of a super society that is in an unstabe decline because of money, with greed to buy these technologies we have created that vicious circle that has become the doom for a society that is addicted to knowledge without their consequence or discipline.

State of the Union Address

In the State of the Union, President Obama gave different ideals to the people about what his plan was to fix the country. He stated to the teenagers of America, "And dropping out of high school is no longer an option...It's not just quitting on yourself, it's quitting on your country and this country needs and values the talents of every American."
In recent years students have dropped out and/or just to get their GED and get out. They aren't earning their time and needed knowledge, the students today in education depends on what kind of crowd their given and the courage and integrity to accomplish something that is not only important to the student but is important to this country to benefit from its wonders. The parents of the students that drop out and/or get their GED when they have a choice to graduate might have to do on the parenting and stability of their family. If they want to go to a good college and get a great job doing what they love then they were determined to graduate high school and endure the work. When students want to do what they want but quit high school to go and work at a low wage job so that they can do something with their life but criticize why people make more money than they do, they should think of how much hard work they put in compared to what they've put in.Parents have the most important job, to train and teach their children about the world and to encourage them to do great and to continue what they love best and that if they graduate high school the right way and college, they can do that for their career. And they can become like all of the other successful men and women out there. Parents, take the time to converse with your children after work and help them with anything, whether it is homework or a personal issue. Have a family night that brings your family closer and to have fun. Don't be those kids that hate their parents, you end up really hurting each other in the long run. And don't be one of those a parent who spends no time with their children and leave their learning resources to school and friends that could lead to bad influences.Going green might turn out to be one of those ideas that turn the dirty economy into the nice respectable one that it needs.
There is a lot of littering in this country and also a lot of vehicles out there that aren't very good either. If we start recycling renewable resources and comply with the needs of nature and take care of it, it might take care of us. The air might not be as polluted, streets in the city hopefully won't be as grimy. And that is another task that needs to be a priority, to clean up the nasty looking city streets, and with some new plan to get people jobs there hopefully won't be as many homeless and then there will have more customers in the city if it is nice and clean to attract clients.

Media Bias/Spin

There are certain kinds of media and it definitly concerns many Americans, the directed media is mostly about the corruption and not about the success. Most sites are legitimate, but there are sites that are fraud and when searching the researcher must look out for such things. Non bias media should be the way we should learn it because if we learn something that is in someones own opinion then that is how we percieved it to be a reality. As a country we all like to see the horrid media just to see that justice is served and fear of what is on the streets but knowing the truth and telling it in your own way just to get people to see your side is not honorable. Searching websites and not studying others is the researchers fault, and of course one site is not going to tell everything there is to know on one subject. Just how I believe about religion, there isn't just one religion that is going to explain life and everything about it. Bias news is only a way to sway the viewers, and it is mostly about the corruption or the death of others and not about success and new discoveries or anything like that. Some people like the bias news because they are interested about how the station shovels its news or the site's belief system, political or not is the chice of how you want your news. Happy news or just bad ones all of the time, it is up to the viewer to decide whether or not they are getting non bias news or even if it is even truthful.

Writing Books

I've been writing a novel for two years now and it started out really well. I think that because I was just rolling off these ideas and the book was filling with my thoughts and I liked this story that I was writing. Now I look at these pages in front of me I have so much to compile for the people to understand what I'm trying to get at. But now I'm realizing that this is really hard to do, I have parts of the story that doesn't match in others and I have to elaborate a lot of it. Not to mention I've written this story well over three times and I don't think it's writers block because I already have the story, kinda. I just need to assemble it to where it fits right and the world can comprehend what I present to them. Some parts of the book I am elaborating and it makes the story rich with 'stuff', but some of the stuff makes me want to change the story a little bit, and the fact that the story will change might be a good thing or it will take away from what it really is supposed to be. I don't know, plus I already have the ideas for the second book and that makes it worse but I know how to end the first one hopefully. I'm plagued with ideas and no ideals. I guess I need a little guidance, Anybody?

This I Believe

They should all apply for the essay of 'I Believe', they all show great rules to make a great essay and that using these skills in an essay is very effective. When reading each one they have a cool list of things to know and to understand, then be able to. Just like the, I believe essay it falls under that what you know is what you believe and knowing that is to understand to commandeer this knowledge to expand it. Then you will be able to do whatever it is that you believe more efficiently and to get a better intellect upon your learning.When using diverse texts you can get more into reading the paper because it might be a complex sentence or it might go into a story inside the paper within just a few classified arrangements. the way that these rules are given are organized like the thoughts that we put into our writing, the intellect is reasoning the inferences of our lives, and what we believe right now might or might not change depending on what we can do about adopting in more beliefs of other people so that we can get a sense of an organized well thought out belief that is highly strong, so that we can explain it through stories and essays.

The Lady and the Tiger

The Lady and the Tiger was a great story that brought valor, love and a bit of twists here and there. The passage curriculum resembles section 1.a as it gives induction and deductions for the reader throughout the story giving the reader an awareness of how the stories situations occur to that of the characters in the story.1. B for the deep and double meetings gave the story an edge to lean on and to think and react to the different meanings made it hard for the end result to be a question.2. D, for it became clear that there were resolving goals, and group decisions were included in the story.In 3.a they used different forms of writing to control the context and the time in the story.Also in 4.d The Lady and the Tiger is critiqued for the presentation of the fights in the arena and the love story.6. A constitutes that through the text it ventures through the story given context that shows personality and passions and problems that are related to other people. Then there is the author's craft.6. B is where all of the twists are made and played around with during the story like the moods of the princess, the end with the door and the princess; the secret meanings that are presented through the story make it worth reading.Also to give it its poetic structure is 6.c blue where there are comparing texts and the usage of words and poetic phrases. This story was written in a poetic text to give the effect of the setting in the story.

Graduation Speech

Life is one of those magnificent wonders that craves for exploration and divine meanings. With all of our experiences governing who we are and who we'll become, it's hard to attain it all without avoiding something. The way we all went through elementary and middle school was a vital part in what we gain as we go through high school. And we all know that it was an awkward time, we didn't know what to do, except walk through our first couple of days impish and nervous. Avoiding people to see our new faces and afraid that the movies might come true and you would be stuck in a locker. Yet we were given more freedoms to uphold and more homework to accomplish, new people to meet, friends to gain and things to prepare for. This in turn gave us more responsibilities and quotas to uphold.

New experiences are presented to us everyday, to achieve and complete these tasks we find different ways to craft our own meanings. Following our values, are what draw us nearer to the better person we're supposed to be, through our high school career we struggle to find ourselves, some of us have found them easier than others. Our discoveries and our will that we force upon the world will bow to our great generation, we as a unit gain more intellect and skills than our previous generation, even though they have led us to what we are now. We are more evolved, absorbing information to gain what we call power, but is known to others as knowledge. What we have to offer is awesome for we are the new adults that have just passed through this gate. We have brand new ideals and skills to be brought to this world that has been waiting for us, this generation has pushed through some great times and we all have lived through harsh times. We have witnessed the change in technology; we have seen the twin towers fall, lived in the time of a black president, and gazed at the wonders of dead rats and fetal pigs.

On my own path I have struggled, and through the rubble I have found answers that guide me now through life.With these rights as human beings we have reason and understanding, opposable thumbs and have lots of fun; but don't get weary over this long and prosperous life we try so hard to perfect. The paths that cross and the trials that cast the wands of decision are only what we get through to progress our lives and come back with the passions of which we are so dearly to indulge ourselves in our triumph to the Victorious waters of wisdom. As Aesop Rock once said, "Everything I do I am fascinated with," and I took that in thinking to myself, with everything we do as human beings we find attracting and the experiences give us understandings in life that make us find who we are and what we do that defines the being we become as adults in this life will get us very far.

Introduction

Hello I'm Kyle Roatcap,

I expect this course to be fun and exciting. I like to write stories and I hope what ever Mrs. Larrennaga has in store for us is going to be great. I enjoy English, it is one of my favorite classes and so what i expect from it is to write cool stuff and to get an excellent learning experience.
I would like to learn how to write not fully speaking with my head, I would also like to learn to use creative context in my stories and more about visualizations. And that i can learn from what others have to say about what i think and like.
My strengths in English are that i can write good stories and i tend to write more than a five paragraph essay. I enjoy old style English and the new style of English with what to learn, because i love to learn.
My weaknesses are that i write from my head and i really don't think it through, and i am bad with writing on paper, even though i like to write on paper more than the computer it takes longer and it's more of a mess than you would expect. I don't use erasers when i write only when i draw. I don't like sighting sources.
I write poems and i write stories, I'm working on a book right now and it is very hard and complex. It is pretty cool though and i enjoy it, even though I'm not done with the first book I'm already thinking about the second book, this series is going to be the greatest thing I've ever invented, and I've created many things in my time.
